Imprint Your Logo

We suggest imprinting your logo onto the Contact Lens Buddy.  We can place your logo on the lid (top) of the bag or above the business card holder.   This way your logo is always present and visible.  We will need a high resolution Vector file of your logo.  In a world of distractions and the bombardment of advertising, retaining your current clients is crucial.  Always keep your name front and center. 

Create a Refer-A-Friend Campaign

Refer-A-Friend campaigns can be very successful and is a great way to bring in new customers for a small investment.   Create a compelling offer and place it in the business card holder.  It is even more effective if it rewards your current client as well as the new client.  It is critical that you give your client a brief explanation of the Refer-A-Friend and how it works.  


Remember to thank your patient for their patronage and to tell them that if they know of anyone who needs your services to please hand them your business card/refer-a friend card that is located in the Contact Lens Buddy TM.

Appointment Reminders

Even in this age of technology, it is still easy for appointments be forgotten.  Even if your client does not have a set appointment, you can use this opportunity to remind them when their next appointment window is available.   


Keeping on top of appointments is time consuming for your staff.  A patient with an appointment reminder is also more likely to return to your practice then to go elsewhere for their eyecare needs.   


Keeping your appointments spread more evenly throughout the year prevents the end of the year scheduling headaches.
